Contract Renewal

My two year agreement for TV and Internet recently expired and I would like to renew it at the same rate. The increase after the promotional rate ended is more than I can pay on a fixed income. I sooke to two people at the call center that said that rate was no longer available. When I search my building as a new customer I could get an almost lower rate for the same services.

We offer introductory pricing to our new customers as a way for them to try our products and services and ensure they’re a perfect fit! While your introductory pricing period sounds like it has expired, we do often have promotions for our existing customers :)

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon:

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
