Hello, my 12 month double play contract is about to expire and wanted to see what best offers are for existing customers...30 plus years.

Tried the chat. XfinityFrank came on and asked for my info and never heard another word. Unable to start a new chat because that one is still open. Great way to take care of customers.

Someone else came on and helped. Apparently they handle multiple customers at once and it takes time to get a response. 

FYI, there are no better options for contracts than you already have keeping the same service was the response. It actually goes up in price for a new 12 month contract. Sadly, after 30+ years as a customer I will turn in my equipment Monday when my contract is up. Moving to Frontier internet and YouTube TV will save me $85 a month from what I pay now without losing any channels or internet speed. I was willing to stay if they could have met me in the middle, but no go. I can always come back in 90 days and get the new customer deal, which is about $60 a month less than I pay now.  They just don't have any good deals for existing customers it seems. Thanks.
