The concern is not "Community Center" help related. Thread moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to the Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello, @user_5d689c. I hope you're having an amazing day. You may find the contract term agreement by logging into your account. Please visit this link to learn where it's located https://comca.st/3p9Sju9.

You may also find the end of the term agreement if it's close to expiring on the bill. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

@XfinityRaul This is wrong. I have checked all of the legal documents listed there, and there is not one date on any of them. Why does Xfinity make it so difficult to when your contract expires?

I am sorry this did not meet your request. You can also look at your billing statements page 3, and under the plan, you should see dates outlining the discounts, and when they expire. The directions to view your bill are listed here https://comca.st/34vD2fe.

I no longer work for Comcast.
