Contract ending and looking for plan options

My contract ends in a few weeks and I am trying to look into different service options, but everytime I look for anything I am told there are no offers and I am unable to see anything other than my current plan.  Do I have to wait until contract actually expires and I get billed higher for a month before I can change anything?

Thank you for reaching out. Normally you do not have to wait until your contract expires or for you to pay a higher monthly bill. We always will make sure we're offering you the best possible promotions that we have available at any given time. Our priority is to save you as much money as possible. That being said there are times when there are not lower priced packages to offer. 

 

I can tell you our options are the same across the board at every level. We are not able to alter promotions, packages or pricing at our discretion in any way and all pricing is set in our systems. I know this isn't the answer you're looking for and for that, I am very sorry. Our promotions do change on average every 30 days and I do suggest you checking often. Here is a link: https://www.xfinity.com/learn/offers with our current promotions if you wanted to take a look. Just make sure you are logged on to your account to see the promotions available for your account.

@XfinityDena​ ya my issue here is that when I go there to look at any current promotions, I don't even see anything.  I literally get zero options to make any sort of "package"
