Continuous service outages
Why am I experiencing daily outages to my service. I have received no less that 5 days of sporadic outages in the past 2 weeks. I work from home and constant service disruptions are hampering my job and frustrating my employer. This has been going on since June with at least 1-2 outages a month. Update the equipment so this does not continue to happen. Xfinity is quick to send me a text telling me of the "service disruption" but not so quick in crediting my account for these continuous issues.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
