Continuous service interruptions

I live in the Northview section of Bowie, Maryland. Our service is interrupted almost daily (multiple times a day). Usually it is restored after I cut the power and reboot, but this is becoming too much several times a day. I was offered a credit for compensation but what I really want is reliability! Also, I would like an explanation. I was told a supervisor would call me at a specific time last night - no call was received. It is the connections inside the house because it is also affecting my neighbors. Can someone help us?

I'm so sorry that this is happening, but you're in the right place. I rely on the internet to do my job, and an unstable/nonexistent connection definitely makes it difficult, so I feel your pain. Let's dive right in! Could you please send us a DM?
