CONTINUOUS OUTAGES

I’ve been with Xfinity for over 5 years, but I’m really over how horrible this service is becoming. I work from home full time and within the last 2 months EVERY SINGLE WEEK there is outages!!! Do you know how embarrassing that is to keep having to blame not being able to work a full shift straight is because of your WiFi having 5-7 outages A WEEK !!! It’s ridiculous and nerve wrecking ! This does not help anyone out. And let’s not forget the wifi be down for HOURS !! I think about the other work from homes in this block , or those in school needing connection, those who have children and need internet for mental balance and so much more! This isn’t ok Xfinity and to not even have proper way to get in contact with you all is EVEN WORSE ! Something has to give and give soon or I’m switching! This is out of hand and very stressful

I understand that you have been experiencing a series of service interruptions which has impacted your job. I work from home myself and understand how frustrating that can be. We'd like to look into the interruptions to see if they are reported interruptions or if it is something else. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.

Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it

“We’re gonna look to see if their reported interruptions” Well clearly if their being reported to US from Xfinity EVERY SINGLE DAY !!! No one wants to keep hearing the same looped responses!
