CONTINUOUS error in xfinity app and browser/website trying to buy xFi Pods

There is something wrong with your web application server when trying to buy xFi Pods. I have been trying in app, multiple browsers, with cache cleared, and I consistently keep getting the same error. SO many people have been reporting this for at least 6 months in various online communities and nothing has been done. Support just tells you to clear cache. I'm asking for a someone to actually try ordering xFi pods when signed in to your website and you will see there is an error in your web application/site. Please solve the issue.

Oh, no! Thank you for connecting with us here in our community about purchasing our WiFi Boost Pods. I apologize for the continued trouble. Have you attempted to log in here: WiFi Boost Pods to purchase?

Yes, that is the link I am talking about. I finally just went into a store. For real though - there is a problem and every support person is just passing the buck. I guess you don't care. Seriously, try to order them yourself - that's all it takes to see the issue. I also didn't want to go to the store because you have to sit there and wait half an hour. I told the people in store about the issue and they didn't seem to care either - they just said, "Oh, I guess that's why so many people have been coming in store to buy these..."

Thank you for clarifying, @user_ukm051. Can you tell me a little more about what happens when you try to complete a purchase? You mentioned receiving an error. Does this happen after you sign in to your account, or is it later in the process when you try to complete the order? What does the error message say?
