Continuous buffering

The last 2 weeks your service has been garbage. Operating worse than my last provider, which ran at a third of the speed. I pay for high speed yet can't log on with my laptop or phone, without throwing the TV into a useless wall decoration, and Alexa disconnects every 30 seconds. A 2 hr movie typically takes 3 hrs because I have to keep reconnecting. Either fix your garbage or send me my money back. Contracts work 2 ways I agreed to pay for a quality service which you are failing to provide, which puts you in breech of said contract. Figure it out!!!!!
