Continued outages & inconsistent WiFi
I have had 3 outages in two days. This is completely unacceptable considering the fact that I am never late on payments. Not to mention, these outages have been happening over the past several months. We have had someone come out to our house to “fix the issue” and have continued to have problems. The connection frequently drops throughout the day, making it difficult to work, stream, or even browse consistently. My husband is working on a Masters Degree and cannot do his homework because of the issues. I’ve already tried restarting my modem and router multiple times, but the issue continues. At this point, it’s becoming very frustrating and disruptive to my daily routine.
On top of all of this, I cannot get ahold of anyone to discuss the issues. I tried calling a help line. A robot answered telling me no one can help me while an outage is going on and then hung up. I am trying to find an email and there is none for me to use.
Is there a permanent fix for these ongoing outage issues, or a long-term solution you can provide to prevent them from continuing? If there is not, I will be looking for a new internet provider and will be expressing my disappointment in xfinity on review platforms
