Continued Outage at [Edited: "Personal Information"]

They have been working on the fiber junction box off and on for three days now and continuing to knock us off line.  We work at home this is unacceptable.  Nobody seems to be in charge and no one can tell us whats going on outside.  This needs to get resolved, professionally, ASAP!  Who can we speak with locally that is in charge of the repairs?

I have been trying to get someone on the phone via 1 800 number, that appears impossible

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
