continued increases in cost
My service is too expensive and continues to increase. We have been customers for a long time and are disappointed that we have seen no increase in service levels but continued increases in cost

you do know that in the last 5 years, inflation is like 25% - were you expecting prices to decrease?
Other than the great recession and great depression, we have not seen DE-flation before (and those 2 events were horrible economic times).
what increase in service levels were you expecting? - It's good to acknowledge and understand your expectations

If you have TV service, then put the greed on the various local stations that demand ever higher retransmission fees. Plus, as more and more people cancel their TV service, there are fewer subscribers to cover the costs. Many smaller cable systems are dropping TV service entirely.
