Continous loop trying to access email.
I have no idea what has happened. but the system is basically useless. i cannot get to my email....... i have logged in earlier this year. so i should not be within the 9 or 24 month window mentioned in closing out accounts.... i login through the system in the browser it accepts my login but i can never get to email. i tried using phone, email, secondary email. all fail. i just get looped back to the support page over and over and over. iver tried getting my xfinity ID and it says the info doesn't match. iver reset password. still no go. i've been trying for 3 days now. all i want is my email.... ive used the ai chat, its useless aswell. says it cant help me unless i login. and then when i use the prompt to login from the chat it just refreshes and tells me to login. another loop..... what is going on here xfinity. this is very frustrating. ive had email with you guys for probably 20 years.... and this is beyond horrible.. please some one get me into my account....

Just to confirm, how are you trying to access your email? Via the web portal [connect.xfinity.com] or by a third party app?

Hello. I have tried all of the above. primarily via web browswer on either my desktop/laptop or my phone. it seems the issue may be realted to my information. as i pay further attention. i noticed that siging in with the xfinity app says i sucessfully login. but says "Access not Authorized. You signed in successsfully, but you must be an xfinity user to enjoy this service." on we the web browser i noticed that when getting loopped back to the contact page over and over the purple user icon at the top. does not retain the fact that i have already logged in and the system just keeps asking me to login. alhtough i have sucessfully done so. i get the 2fa correctly, password is accepted, and login is accepted. but the system seems to think im not. there for email is not accessable i assume.
