I’ve tried on three separate occasions to get an issue with my account resolved by using Xfinity chat. On all three occasions I was “assured” of a solution, even being told I’d be followed up with and have heard absolutely nothing and my issue is certainly not resolved. I’m fed up at this point with being lied to consistently and want to contact a supervisor directly. How can I get in touch besides chat or phone (I want to provide the chat transcripts to show Xfinity how much they’ve lied to me)?

I’m not having an issue with my email, I’m asking for an email address to contact someone from customer service directly since my experience with chatting has been entirely unhelpful and frustrating. I’m having an issue with my account. Please provide an email address I can contact. And please do not give me the phone number as I’d like to send the chat transcripts to show how your customer has simply lied to me at every turn.

I can’t activate my Peacock premium. When I try to it says it’s linked to another account because Xfinity messed up my change of address transfer and instead created a separate account. I’ve been “assured” three times via chat it was fixed, one time being told I’d receive and email follow up, but absolutely no resolution.

@user_62mubx I am sorry to hear you are having issues. To activate your plan, follow these steps: 

 

  1. Visit xfinity.com/activate-peacock and sign in with your Xfinity ID and password.
  2. Select the Activate Peacock button. You’ll be directed to peacocktv.com.
  3. Enter an email address and password to set up your Peacock account.

As I explained above, I tried to link it through Xfinity but get an error that my Xfinity account is already linked to a Peacock account, even though I only have one of each.
