Contacting Support

Is there a way to speak directly with customer support without going through the IVR system. It is the most unhelpful, controlling, irritating system in the plant and a major reason why I don't prefer comcast xfinity. It is a terrible way to "assist" a client that you want to build a good rapport with and I for one am always highly annoyed by the time I am able to speak to a representative. PLEASE CHANGE THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM AS THE RESOLUTION HERE. Thanks for your time.

bells91 Thank you so much for your post on the IVR system when reaching out for support. The IVR is there to help with issues that can take a few moments using our self-service options. This is to help make sure customers are not waiting around for help for longer periods of time when their issue can be solved without speaking to an agent for support. To bypass the IVR the best option is to follow the prompts as 0 is not available to skip the IVR options.
