Contacting Maintenance
Have a two-week old, neighborhood wide problem with tv picture and sound. All channels, intermittent but frequent. Have had all equipment and wiring replaced. Neighbors have also complained.
Need someone in maintenance to look at signal coming into neighborhood.
How do I do that-have called, chatted, begged tech's.

Hello, how are you @Clare_Conley. I'm sorry about the ongoing issues with TV and internet service. I can imagine this has made things challenging at home. We will always have to get a tech to refer specific work to our maintenance team if needed.
