Contacting corporate to file a complaint
I have waited EIGHT weeks for the fiber optic line to my newly built home to be fixed! No internet, WiFi or TV. I have visited the Lafayette, IN Xfinity office many times. Keep getting the same answer that the repair service is contracted out with NO WAY to find out when my service will be fixed! I find it hard to believe that a multi-million dollar company is so dysfunctional that it can’t give me an answer. I have no option except for satellite internet service which I’m seriously considering. Make sure you have options before you move!!

I am truly sorry @user_qpt0sa to hear about the experience you've had, especially after waiting eight weeks without service in your new home. I can certainly understand how frustrating it must be to be without internet, WiFi, and TV for such an extended period of time, and I apologize for the lack of updates you've received. I'd like the opportunity to take a closer look into this for you.
