Contact to clean excess cables in common area

Hi,

I’m working with the HOA to see what can be done about the excess cables in the common area. I’ve tried calling 800-934-6489, which redirected me to a live agent, which redirected me to 800-934-6489 and 844-250-8578. All automated systems try to troubleshoot my account and prevent me from talking to a rep. Who can I contact to get more information about what can be done?

For context, we live in a 24 unit building and I counted 49 cables. There are so many cables at this point that the box will not close.
