Contact For Xfinity On Campus Integration Team

Good morning, I am an IT engineer at a university, and we have an integration with Comcast to provide Xfinity on Campus as a service to our students. We need to make some changes to the IdP system used in that integration, and the folks I used to engage with at Comcast appear not to be part of the organization any longer. Could someone else in the team redirect me to the Xfinity On Campus integration team, so I can coordinate the change with them?

Hi @XfinityThomasC , that support channel you are redirecting me to is actually for user support. I need help with infrastructure support and not user support. 

If you can forward my message to someone within the Comcast backend team, they will know who I need to contact.

@CustomerMS Xfinity on Campus have their own process and procedures that require you to contact them for anything that has to do with XOC services. You'll need to reach out to them and request to have open a ticket to the proper backend team involved.
