How do I get in touch with someone higher up than a technician or customer service rep? Our experience with Xfinity has been absolutely horrible.

I stopped by the Xfinity store near Ridgedale in Minnetonka MN.  I was having problems with understanding WiFi vs cellular etc.   she said I needed to go to the Apple Store to have a one on one with someone there

I asked if someone at the Xfinity store could just help me for a minute. ( I think I may have somehow caused this issue, pushed the wrong button or something)

she informed me - in a manner that was not pleasant- “Didn’t I just tell you what to do”

I think that it would be wise for the manager of this location to provide training customer service training for employees 

I was very annoyed with how I was treated. I have a big package with XFINITY and spend $200 per month!!
