Contact a regional manager
I have multiple issues dealing with customer service and would like to contact a regional manager about this as I have requested to speak to a manager and have been refused....I have an ongoing issue with my internet and have been told techs would be out and they never show....and told I'd get a call from said tech never did as well as a manager
