Why do I have to deal with a terribly dysfunctional automated answering robot?  Like many others I'm in a loop of endless eternity to speak TO A REAL PERSON!  Come on Xfinity DO BETTER!  This is a simple answer about a billing charge I am questioning.

I'm paying you $290.00/month - why can't you just put more effort into hiring real persons to speak to me?  Robot says I can talk to someone in 30 to 75 minutes - hahahahahahah!  And under the TOPIC SECTION below you actually have:  'XFINITY COMPLIMENTS'!!!  LAUGHING MY [Edited: "Language"] ABOUT THAT.

That's ridiclous.  I'll be dead by then.

Professionally you guys run a [Edited: "Inflammatory"]....OUT OF SALT LAKE CITY?  Or, where?

Disgusted.

I'll be filing yet again ANOTHER BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU COMPLAINT....along with the hundreds of others.
