Hello,
I am requesting a letter of approval from your Utility for an encroachment permit that I am applying for through the city of Pittsburgh.
The location of work is at [Edit: Personal Information]. The parcel number for [Edit: Personal Information] and for address [Edit: Personal Information]. There are 3 single car garages at the site. [Edit: Personal Information] are the 2 on the left.
I am attaching a survey of the property along with the building plans.
This is a rebuild and we are using the current foundation. The footprint and height of the rebuild will be the same as the current structure.

To send a "Direct Message" message:
