Construction
I would like to know how to contact the Construction Department. My Serviceability Ticket is in the system completed. I've had customer service people on the phone and in two different stores pull it. It is in the system, and I have been assured that the Construction Department will be contacting me in "24-48 hours" because their is a charge associated with the construction that I have to pay. It's been a month of "24-48 hours."
I'm very eager to pay this charge, and would love to find out when the construction will take place. I've called 1-800-XFINITY every 3 days for the last month. I've driven to 2 different Comcast stores and Service Centers. Everyone can see the ticket, but no one knows how to contact their own Construction Department.
I will gladly drive to an XFINITY Construction Department office building if one exists. I will gladly talk on the phone to anyone who understands that I don't need to restart my modem and I do not want to buy another cell phone. I would like to pay the construction fees, and get on the Construction Team's calendar so they can connect my lines to the lines out by the road.
