Construction
I have been trying to get internet set up since March. My account has been cancelled 3 times. Since I have had a cable dug to the house just to have the next technician tell me that is not suffice and I need a construction to come out. My construction ticket was out it 2 weeks ago with no one yet to show up even though I was told someone would be out in 3-5 days. My account has even been charged yet I’ve never had service! It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone. I’m at loss with Xfinity at this point on why this is so difficult. I can not be the first person to ever need this done especially since multiple homes on my street are Xfinity customers!
