Construction ticket

I was told that a construction ticket was opened for my new construction home. It’s been over a month & still no update nor service. Techs keep coming out & stating there is nothing they can do. I contact Xfinity customer service & they have no clue what I am talking about. Should I just cancel completely?! I keep seeing forums to send them a direct message I don’t know how to.
