Construction Team Needed

I have had two technitions out(12/24/20), 01/2/21) to look at our house to set up service. We are 500ft from the near tap. Supposedly a construction team was scheduled to come 12/28/20, the team lead called me himself confirming when he would come... No one came that day or the next. Is there any way to expedite the process?
