Construction Team Division Contact

Hello, I desperately need help since no one at Comcast seems to care anymore. We have been promised a construction wiring to connect cable from street to the property since beginning of November of 2022. If you have done it before, you are familiar with how many times they will send out the wrong tech just to request the right person to be there. This is now end of January, we have been checking status of the appointment for construction. EVERY SINGLE TIME, an agent from Comcast would say tech is coming TODAY from 8am-8pm. One time one agent even say tech is "on the way, will be there in 25 mins" just to get me off the phone.No one ever showed. When we get off the phone/ chat with them , the next agent acts like the last conversation never existed. They blame it on the system and everything else but their own responsibilities. I tried escalating this with a manager they just plainly refuse to participate, excuse is- there is no manager available at this time. I even waited for hours to connect but no one ever contact me back. They would schedule a random agent to call you with no clue of what's going on and make you explain everything over and over again. Waste of time!  Im lost for word with the lack of customer service from Comcast. No one is taking any type of responsibility. All I need is an honest estimate of when this will be done but no one ever answered this, even tried to find out. How do I get through to the construction team to get this done? Is there a direct number I can call? Im tired of going through Comcast. This is not efficient or professional at all. Please advise.
