Construction Status

What is the best way to get a status if my connection to my new house?   Been waiting for 4 months and I cannot get an update. I have a home smart reference number and the estimated date passed a month ago and cannot get any info from the main customer service number.  Being a customer of more than 20 years I would expect more. I think im done here.

gtdave I hope your weekend is going well, 4 months for an update is quite a long time to wait. Let's check in on where things stand together. Send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to get started. 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
