Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Good afternoon @user_ha0oe7, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums, we appreciate it and hope you are having a fantastic Thursday so far! I see you are looking for constructions services. To confirm, are you looking to install service at a new home? Or, can you provide a bit more detail about what you are looking for so we can be sure to provide the best next steps for the situation?

We look forward to hearing back from you!

@XfinityAlyssaA Good Morning:  Thank you for the reply.  Xfinity came out to our location to install a new service line.  We live on a shared Road and the line services 3 households.  The crew came out on Wednesday, July 9th.  There were 9 workers on the crew, several trucks and excavating equipment.  They had to dig a trench along the entire shared Road, approximately 250ft. =/-  They installed conduit and pulled the new line through the conduit.  The crew was polite and worked diligently.  My wife spoke to them at one point and brought them water [it was a very hot/humid day].  They told her they would be back the next day to complete the job and that the Road would be put back into existing condition [its a gravel/HardPak surface].  Well.....they left a pretty good mess, the new connection was not made, and they never showed up on Thursday, July 10th, to complete the repair.  Where they crossed the Road to make the connection is almost impassable....it's like a speed bump, with non-compacted gravel.  There are large rocks everywhere on the driving surface.  All of this is understandable as the job is not completed, however, we have no way to contact anyone at Comcast/Xfinity to find out about oversight of this project and who exactly is in charge of the quality control, mainly, putting the Road back together to it's existing condition before the project started.

Can someone help with a contact number or contact person?   We are located in Conway, Massachusetts on West Parsons Drive.

Thank you for any help that you can offer!
