Construction Services

I need to get in contact with the construction services, or network project manager in the Aspen Colorado area.  I am putting in electrical line and the local xfinity project manager dropped off a roll of conduit.  We need direction or we will backfill the trench and move on.  Please provide the local construction contact for zip code 81611.  Thank you.
