Construction estimate needed at [Removed: Address]

A comcast/Xfinity technician came out but could not install Xfiinity because "construction" had not connected the street box to our house.  We have a long driveway from Hale Ln to our house.  We also have Georgia Power poles from the street to our house with the last 100 yards underground.

Hello @user_ng8zy5 Thanks for reaching out to us. Did the tech say if they were coming back out after further construction, or what did they tell you still needs to be done? We can look into next steps for you depending on what they said.

@user_ng8zy5 Send us a direct message with your full name and the service address and we will check the job notes and see if anything has been submitted yet. 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
