Construction Department
We have been requesting for more than 6 months for the Construction Department to fix a damaged, dangling line that is in our yard. Several Comcast reps have come to the house, claiming they cannot handle this specific issue and that they will create a ticket for the "construction team" to come to address it.
We have heard absolutely nothing from the Construction Department, and zero follow-up/update from anyone, and no reference number has been issued to us. I demand to know when this is expected to be fixed. Comcast has a responsibility to maintain not only the quality of its service but the integrity of its lines, especially when it poses a safety issue for my family!!!
We have had 3 separate Comcast service reps come and at least 2 service tickets to allegedly address this, and still nothing and no update. My next step is to go to our township board to report this to my elected officials for assistance in this matter. It is a shame that it takes threats to get Comcast to get its act together. It's no wonder there is a new service provider option that MANY of my neighbors plan to switch to.
