Construction Contact For Neighborhood Property Damage

My neighbors recently had Comcast come out and lay lines (new construction neighborhood) which required trenching through their yard and ours and feeding cable lines under our driveways. Everything was completed and put back to normal. A few weeks later my neighbors car fell into a hole in the driveway that was caused by the construction crews previous work (I guess it wasn’t reconstructed correctly) which caused a water main to burst. Long story short, our driveway is now starting to do the same thing. It’s becoming wavy in spots and some of the pavers seem to be giving way. I’ve searched high and low for a contact to have a crew from Comcast come and assess/repair but I’ve had no luck so far. Not being an existing customer I’ve also had no luck getting anyone on the phone. Can someone please reach out to me so I can get the ball rolling on this issue? I’m happy to provide address information and more details. Thanks
