Construction can take an average of 60 - 120 days....
Hello,
I'm a long time Comcast/Xfinity customer and am moving to a new house in a newly developed neighborhood. The neighborhood that's already developed already has cable, so I figured it should be easy to move my service.
I submitted a move request and then the agent said they have to build a new address in the system for my house.....then I got a status update from Xfinity Assistant that they have to do construction first, which can take 60 - 120 days.
Can I get an ETA / confirmation that the construction is in the works?
