Constant service interruption

Am on my 4th outage in the last 3 weeks. All 4 times they have been atleast 8 hours in length. The last 2 have over 12. I am now going on hour 15 of the current outage. How is it you only credit someone 30 bucks for a day long outage. After this last outage, I have decided to cancel my services you and find another alternative. I refuse to pay hard earned money for services you have proven to not be able to provide

@Czech2442 , service disruptions can absolutely be frustrating and although we don't want to see you go the decision to for this reason is understandable. I will say Xfinity is not the only provider that experiences disruptions, and we do provide billing adjustments for times that you are without service for this reason. That said, we can absolutely help you make changes to your services. Please send us a direct message to get started.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.

I want a regional managers offi E to contact. I'm tired of getting piddley 30 dollar credits when I am don't have service for days. This is absurd and needs to be addressed. Your little credits have done nothing but make the matter worse. It's clear nothing is being done to resolve the shotty service you are becoming known for.

@Czech2442, as it relates to your account specifically there is very limited information available to us without having your account pulled up. We are more than happy to look into options for you, but we would need you to send us that direct message we requested previously with your full name and complete service address.
