Constant Service Interruption [Edit]

Why do I need to pay for [Edited: Language]I do not receive???? Hurricane Helene was bad enough, but here were are a year later and I'm still constantly, almost daily getting text(sssss) daily relative to outages. 

When I request them via the AI bot ([Edited: "Inflammatory"]), it maxes out with only 2/25 I have to get credited back.. [Edited: "Inflammatory"]
