Constant planned maintenance during prime time.
Lately I'm kicked off of the internet at exactly 130 am almost every other night. This is when I'm finally home from work and trying to either socialize with friends, watch TV, or study. How much longer is this "planned maintenance" going to go on? Why am I expected to pay full price for a service that constantly stops working during my prime time?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

We have constant service interruptions 3rd day in a row around 330 in the afternoon 21 outages in the last 6 weeks and they have the nerve to increase the monthly billing by $35 a month. You can't get anyone on the phone, so you go round and round in the chat. I don't know what is going to with Xfinity but it is affecting my work with all the constant outages.
