Constant Ping Spikes

I do not have enough service to call in, but for the last few months I have been experience constant ping spikes. All speed tests, xfinity assistant tests, and other tests state that internet connection is fine. It is not. All devices, apps, and other online services lag. I am getting ready to cancel and switch to another service because this is ridiculous. We are paying for internet and get the most scuffed service that can not handle one device on the network. Every spike in the image is the game timing out. This ping spikes are constant and present in every game I play, and can be felt on other devices. It does not matter if my desktop is hardwired by ethernet or connected through wifi.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
