Constant pain from Xfinity

This past year has been the worst ever interacting with Xfinity. For months now the service has been terrible. There is an outage literally almost everyday. You can never get a clear resolution as to why it’s happening and why it’s not being fixed! Xfinity is playing with people’s living. I work from home and constantly I have missed work due to Xfinity not making sure their customers are serviced right. I even filed a complaint with the FCC and was told I would have no more issues, only to have more! The internet is still constantly dropping daily . I am still missing work meanwhile Xfinity is still taking our money and jeopardizing what I have worked for. As a business I’m not sure how this is even still allowed. I hope some day everyone is held accountable as this could very well be them one day. Unacceptable customer service.
