Constant outages

Since around the 4th of July 2026, we have been having constant network outages that last for hours right when we want to be using the Internet.  It is a huge change from the year prior when I don't recall any outages of any great significance.  We are paying over 100 dollars a month for a service that has become nearly unusable, I am unable to get ahold of a human being to get into why this keeps happening or what a resolution might be.
