Constant outages
Almost every single day, multiple times a day i have had my modem lose connection. After about a minute or two of the light cycling from blinking green to orange and back to green it reconnects and is fine. When i go on the xfinity app sometimes it tells me there was an outage due to network damage, sometimes nothing. I'm not sure what the next steps should be its extremely annoying and anytime i talk to an agent they say i need to reset the modem yada yada, then say they don't know. I'm positive the cable lines in this area have been damaged somehow and causing an intermittent fault or disconnection possibly by a tree somewhere as there are allot of trees laying on the cable lines around here that xfinity does nothing about. I'm sure that whenever it happens they aren't actually sending anyone out to check on the lines like they say on the app because it comes back on after a moment. So where should i go from here?
