Constant Outages

For over a year now I've had constant outages, almost every hour it will go out for 15-20 minutes, we've had techs come over look at the connections, look at the modem, we've even had the modem changed, however nothing has seemed to work some days it seems to work fine but will go out again. It always seems to start at 1:30pm and doesn't stop until around 5am.

Hello user_mko6u5, thank you for reaching out to our Forum for help with that recurring connection issue. I can only imagine how frustrating that has been to deal with the last year, but I will do all I can to find a resolution. I do have a few clarifying questions to make sure we're on the same page. Are you using a standalone/personal router along with your modem? Are you seeing this issue on all of your devices or just one? And finally, is this over Wi-Fi, ethernet, or both types of connections?
