Constant outages and no way to reach support or a live representative

I have been with a Comcast account now for 6 weeks and it is gone down at least eight times in that time frame. When I call to request assistance with this or even an answer as to why this continues to happen the AI bot that are we are forced to use continues to disconnect the call as no one can help. This is entirely ridiculous. I want answers I work from home and need this issue addressed.

I live in an urban area in Denver.

Provide what additional details you need from me for you to help me address this issue.

Xfinity has their hand out the very day that the bill is due but yet I have to go through all of this issue.

The purpose of our forums is to share information on ways to resolve issues that would help the community members. Providing us with power levels on the modem along with troubleshooting tips you've taken assist the other folks in determining a resolution. Another great troubleshooting option is to pull up the Xfinity app and use that interactive troubleshooting guide within the Xfinity Assistant as that system performs some of the same system checks we do when we gain access to accounts. If the system determines the signal is out of spec it will prompt you to set up an appointment with one of our technicians.
