Constant Network Performance Outages
I've been receiving several "Network Performance" Outage texts a day for the past two weeks and my internet keeps getting dropped and only works minutes at a time. I've called and I can't get any explanations for the outages but I'm getting very frustrated because I can't work without internet. Do you think Xfinity could be throttling my use since I work from home?

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
