Constant Lightning Damage

We have had Comcast service for about four years now. Over those four years we have had multiple times where lightning has blown our equipment. We’ve lost two TVs, six modems, and five routers. I feel like something is wrong with the installation, as the cable comes directly out of the ground and into the back of the modem. I personally installed a grounding wire but there was nothing else and lightning strikes keep damaging our equipment. How can I file a claim to get reimbursed for the constant equipment damage that Comcast causes in our house?
