Constant Internet outages

I experienced disconnection of my Wi-Fi about 5 to 6 times a day about 3 to 5 days a week. Is anyone else experiencing constant outages like this? I work from home and is very disruptive

I understand how important it is to have a stable connection and am sorry to hear that your connection is dropping 5-6 times a day several days a week. We can help troubleshoot your issues. Have you tried troubleshooting through the XFINITY app? Have you also tried restarting your modem? How long has this been occurring?
