Constant internet issues
I have been experiencing a lot of freezing while watching apps. I have been experiencing a lot of dropped calls while on wifi in my apartment. Ever since Friday 2/20 when xfinity said they were fixing whatever needed to be fixed in my area. However, I've only experienced worse connection whether watching TV playing video games or making calls. If I am billed the full amount for the month I will be canceling my services. This has happened regularly and I cannot be a customer paying for the highest internet speed when the internet constantly is in shambles.

Have you checked for updates? Restarted your devices? Are the same apps impacted across your devices or is it all different apps?
