Constant internet disruptions

I'll try and make this brief. I'm a teacher so I notice when the internet goes out because I either have to use it for paperwork or lesson plants or I just listen to music while I work at home and when I'm home. Typically during the school year there's only internet outages if a storm comes through or if there's major work being done. That's not very often in my area. However like clockwork, magically when summer starts around here, The internet company loves to work on the internet for some stupid reason. And it always interrupts ALL THE TIME. For the past 2 to 3 weeks there have been constant interruptions in Wi-Fi signal. Not just for me personally but within the neighborhood. It's a fairly populated area so I'm not the only person with complaints. I'm not home all the time during the summer but I do listen to music and I do stream In the background while working and home for the summer. I just upgraded my internet speed along with lowering the build thankfully because of a nice little deal that Xfinity has going on. However, it's not really worth it if the [Edited: "Language"] signal doesn't work. We did have a storm last night which I do expect work to be done for that and usually when a storm comes through it can take up to about 12 hours at worst. Again, that's something I expect and not too much of a hassle. However, this constantly happens every [Edited: "Language"] summer. What good is an internet signal and paying for it if I can't [Edited: "Language"] use it!!!

I would appreciate it if it were to get resolved quickly. And be maintained. Last summer they came through our yards (contracted workers mind you) that we're not directly associated with Xfinity and they bothered us when we weren't at home. I had people climbing over my fence to get to the line. And even then they [Edited: "Language"] up and cut the internet line and had to come back out and fix it. Talk about terrible maintenance. This needs to be resolved IMMEDIATELY.

Your attention to this matter would be warranted. Thank you and have a blessed day.
