Consistent Terrible Customer Service

I had an appointment for a tech visit between 1pm-3pm then at 2pm I called to confirm the current status. I was told that there was a delay and a tech would be there before 5pm. At 4:55pm I called again and told that my appointment was canceled entirely. So they said the could have someone sent out 8-10am the next day. At 10:45am the tech told me he needed to go to his car for something and NEVER came back. I called AGAIN and was told someone would be coming out today and I would receive another call within the hour. After not getting a call, I called again and was told my appointment was rescheduled for 5 days from today?!?! I took off work 2 days in row for nothing to happened. This is ridiculous, I’ve had to take two days off to handle this and still no solution. Im consistently being told to wait and then my appointment is canceled anyway. Like I have to go into the office to work and at this point I’ve lost two days of work because of xfinity and now being expected to take a third day??? Like that isn’t fair that because of the incompetence of xfinity I have to miss out on pay/work back to back.
